The Board of Directors of TMP Architecture, Inc. has promoted Matthew Feldbush, Eric Wolfe, and Richard Parks, AIA, ALEP, to the position of Associate.
Matthew Feldbush joined TMP in 2022, where he quickly expanded his architectural expertise through work with Dexter Community Schools, West Bloomfield School District, and athletic and recreational projects including a new multi-sport competition facility in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

“Matt brings creativity and enthusiasm to his projects and enhances every team he collaborates with,” said Chairman and Chief Design Officer, David Larson, AIA. “We’re excited about the opportunities ahead for Matt.”
“I’m grateful to TMP leadership for investing in my growth as an architect,” said Feldbush. “I look forward to bettering the learning communities where our students grow into future leaders and change-makers.”

Construction Administrator Eric Wolfe also joined TMP in 2022 with fifteen years of K-12 field experience. His ability to identify issues early, problem-solve, and maintain quality control onsite has helped him establish strong client relationships.
“Eric takes the reins on every project, executing with a level of ownership that builds confidence across the entire team,” said Director of Construction Administration Joe D’Agostini. “He leads with accountability and delivers with consistency.”
“It has been a wonderful experience working with my teammates at TMP. I look forward to many wonderful years contributing to the ongoing success of this organization,” said Wolfe.
Industry veteran Richard Parks joined TMP in 2025 as senior project designer, bringing more than twenty-five years of architectural design experience and a strong commitment to client service and mentorship.
“We are confident that Rick will continue to take exceptional care of our clients while contributing to our future growth,” said Managing Partner and Director of the Kalamazoo office Eduardo Blanc, International Associate AIA.“I am deeply grateful for this recognition and for the incredible clients and colleagues who make our work possible,” said Parks. “I look forward to continuing our collaboration as we create educational facilities that empower our children and transform our communities.”
