TMP Field Trips
We get the heck out of the office sometimes! Field trips include games, tours, and picnics. No permission slip required.
Anniversaries are a big deal.
We’re happy our employees have chosen to stay with us for 5, 15, even 45 years! We never forget an anniversary, but we do sometimes forget the embarrassing hat.
We compete – in a good way!
TMPers take design competitions seriously, even if the finished products are made of canned goods or gingerbread.
We vote on food.
The annual TMP cook-off is an anticipated event for both amateur chefs and hungry employees. It’s best to not book a lunch meeting on the same day.
Celebrating is mandatory.
We take the time to reflect on our successess and celebrate at the end of each year. Themes vary but the smiles and laughter are always present.
We get spooky.
Halloween is more than a holiday at TMP. From costume contests to witch games to pumpkin carving events, no one goes home without a sugar rush.
We give back.
Our goal is to not only improve schools, but also improve lives. We support various organizations such as March of Dimes, Special Olympics of Michigan, Free to Breathe, the Miracle League of Michigan, and CARE House of Oakland County.
