Two of TMP’s interior designers have passed the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) Exam – Congratulations Lauren Bush, NCIDQ and Jennifer Maino, NCIDQ!
Achieving NCIDQ professional accreditation is a rigorous process consisting of meeting a threshold of work experience plus passing three examinations: Interior Design Fundamentals Exam (IDFX), Interior Design Professional Exam (IDPX), and Interior Design Practicum (PRAC). Certificate holders have successfully achieved a recognized level of competency in knowledge areas including client goal analysis, building systems and codes, #sustainability, design application and material selection, drawings and specifications, and contract administration.
Lauren received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Wayne State University in 2015. She has been with TMP since 2021 and has been involved in educational projects at the K-12 level including the Livonia Early Childhood Center and multiple projects for Saginaw Public Schools and Walled Lake Consolidated School District.
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Eastern Michigan University in 2013. She also has been with TMP since 2021 and has been involved in numerous K-12 educational renovation projects including Western Elementary School and multiple projects for Plymouth-Canton Community Schools.
