Hartwig, Huckendubler, McDevitt and Rodriguez Leon Promoted to Associates of Firm

TMP is thrilled to announce four stellar employees have been promoted to the role of Associate: Jessica Hartwig, Anna McDevitt, and Pamela Rodriguez Leon from our Bloomfield Hills office, plus Troy Huckendubler from our Kalamazoo office.

Jessica Hartwig, LEED Green Associate, joined TMP in 2019 as a dynamic member of the interior design department. She has distinguished herself, particularly in her work with K-12 clients, by working directly with stakeholders to discover and meet their unique needs. She accomplishes this by creatively developing designs that uplift spaces, always with longevity and unexpected design elements in mind. She cultivated this intention while achieving her Master of Architecture at Parsons School of Design and her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University. Jessica also brings a passion for sustainable design and discovering new materials that can be leveraged to reduce a project’s carbon footprint.

Anna McDevitt merges her passion for people and mind for business in her role as TMP’s Director of Corporate Strategy, where she leads the firm’s business development efforts. Her diverse work experience includes brand development, marketing campaigns, public speaking, and strategic process planning, all fueled by her Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication Design from Kent State University. Since joining TMP in 2020, Anna has successfully helped pass bond campaigns for multiple school districts in Michigan, including Troy School District and West Bloomfield School District. As a registered yoga teacher, Anna helps promote health and wellness at TMP and with our clients.

Pamela Rodriguez Leon, Int’l. Assoc. AIA, LEED AP BD+C earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Universidad de Guadalajara, Mexico, allowing her to work internationally in diverse design areas. She is a graduate of AIA Detroit’s Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program as well as a Sho-Ping Chin Women’s Leadership Scholar. Prior to joining the Architectural Department at TMP, she worked primarily as a lighting designer in the hospitality sector where she developed a love for collaborative work, meeting people, and listening to what they have to say. With her career now focusing on educational projects, she works tirelessly and amicably to unite stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to strive toward a single vision. Her interest in reducing carbon footprint and supporting a circular economy has led to an active role on the TMP Sustainability Committee.

Troy Huckendubler, Assoc. AIA joined TMP in 2017 after earning his Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan, where he was the recipient of a Social Design Award from Spiegel Online. A valuable member of the firm’s architectural team, clients such as Concord Community Schools and Climax Scotts Community Schools value Troy’s superb technical skills and meticulous attention to detail. Troy actively supports the American Institute of Architects Southwest Michigan Chapter (AIA-SWMI) as a member of their Public Outreach Committee. This is another milestone in his career, and we are proud of his achievements.

Please join us in congratulating our esteemed colleagues!
