Amy Rydleski Promoted to Principal

The Board of Directors of TMP Architecture, Inc. has promoted Senior Project Architect Amy Rydleski, AIA, to Principal.

As Principal, Rydleski will continue to provide technical expertise on projects while assuming an expanded leadership role with TMP’s architectural team members.

Since joining TMP in 2019, Rydleski has quickly established herself as a key contributor, beginning with projects for East China School District and expanding her work across South Redford, West Bloomfield, and Walled Lake Consolidated Schools with work on multiple bond programs. Her contributions helped shape Walled Lake Western High School’s addition and renovation, which has earned recognition from American School & University and Learning By Design.

“Amy has become a trusted resource in the office,” says Vice President / Project Manager John Burhenn,  LEED AP, CCCA, CDT. “Her steady presence, sharp analytical thinking, and growing K-12 expertise make her an invaluable mentor to emerging professionals at TMP.”

Rydleski has also played an important role in advancing the firm’s technical standards. As an early member of TMP’s Revit Technical Committee, she helped shape company-wide Revit standards through her deep expertise.

“I’m grateful and honored for the opportunity to step into this role,” said Rydleski. “TMP’s commitment to lifelong learning aligns with my mindset. I’m excited to deepen my impact by mentoring others and helping drive meaningful, sustainable progress for the firm.”

Rydleski earned her Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan.

Congratulations, Amy!
