Melanie Hall, AIA Vice President / Director of Operations

Melanie Hall was named a Vice President of the firm in 2025. She graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Kent State University and has over two decades of industry experience in K-12, college/university, science + technology, healthcare, workplace, and retail markets. In her years with TMP, Melanie has emerged as a visionary leader adept at problem solving and operational efficiency. As Director of Operations, she has been instrumental in refining the firm's staffing process and creating highly effective project teams. Recently, she has been working on projects for East China School District, Royal Oak Schools, and Oakland University.
