Students and faculty benefit from this 53,329 SF facility that is a campus gateway, designed to function as a center of academic excellence and community outreach.  The Instructional Center provides space for student instruction and training in business and industry along with presentation skills and technology integration.  Other offerings include instruction in music and theatre, with additional emphasis on integration of the arts through technology. The College’s culinary arts program is enhanced by the addition of a warm-up kitchen to service the facility.

Major building components include: an auditorium and lecture hall for 600;  a working stage with technical support and teaching areas; spaces for student assembly, meetings, display and performance;  academic classrooms and support for training in business and industry; music classroom and practice spaces; multipurpose classroom and support spaces; faculty office and meeting spaces; and a computer classroom.
